It depends on the business, so Ian quotes on the audit call once he's seen yours. Ads management is a monthly fee. Your ad spend is separate and goes on your own card, straight to Meta or Google. Websites and systems are quoted on their own.

Then the call is worth your time. Ian looks at what ran, where the ads sent people and what happened to the leads after. If ads aren't the right move for you right now, he'll tell you.

Only if leads are slipping through the cracks. On the call, Ian looks at how you handle leads today and tells you straight. Most of the time the follow-up needs fixing before anyone needs new software.
