Who we are

Ardis Agency LLC ("Ardis," "we," "us") is an Arizona marketing agency based in Phoenix. This policy explains what we collect when you apply at ardis.agency/apply, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you fill out the application, we collect what you type or choose:

• your name, phone number, and email
• your company name, city, and state
• your answers about your business, including revenue, the kind of work you do, past advertising, capacity, timing, and who makes marketing decisions

We also record how you reached the page (the referring site, the page address, and any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source), your browser's user-agent string, and which step you reached.

Your answers are saved as you go. Each answer is stored the moment you give it, and typed answers may be saved while you're still typing. We keep what you entered even if you don't finish the application or close the page partway through.

If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter there and shares them with us.

How we use it

We use this information to review your application, prepare for your call, contact you about your application and our services (including if you stop partway through), and keep a record of our conversations. We don't use it for anything unrelated to working with you.

If you don't finish

If you leave your email and stop before the end, we may send you one short email with a link to pick up where you left off. We send it once, not a series. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and clicking it stops any further follow-up. You can also reply "unsubscribe" or email ian@ardis.agency. The link in that email reopens your saved answers, so don't forward it to anyone else.

Calls and texts

By giving your phone number on the application, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Ardis Agency about your application. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.

We don't share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run this page. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts this page and stores your application in its database service (D1).
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks, in the background, that the application is filled out by a person and not a bot. It may process technical signals from your browser to do that. If the check can't complete, your answers are still saved.
• Telegram delivers internal notifications to us when an application is started, updated, or finished. These messages include your answers and are seen only by Ardis.
• FormSubmit sends a backup copy of your application to our email inbox.
• Resend delivers the one follow-up email described above, if we send it.
• Calendly runs the booking calendar and has its own privacy notice.
• Google Workspace hosts our email.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We don't set advertising cookies on this page. Calendly's embedded calendar and Cloudflare Turnstile may use their own cookies or similar technology to work.

How long we keep it

We keep application details for as long as they're useful for our business relationship with you, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you gave us. Email ian@ardis.agency and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is perfectly secure.

Children

This page is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Contact
