Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ardis.agency and any services provided by Ardis Agency LLC ("Ardis," "we," "us," "our"). By using the site or engaging Ardis, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Ardis Agency LLC is an Arizona marketing agency that builds websites and runs paid advertising for businesses across the United States. We're based in Phoenix, Arizona. You can reach us at ian@ardis.agency or (602) 730-5633.

Using the site

You're welcome to use ardis.agency to learn about our services, request an audit, or book a call. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any law
• try to access accounts, systems, or data that aren't yours
• scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the site without our permission
• interfere with the site's operation or security
• submit false information through any form

Client engagements

Work we do for a client is governed by a separate Services Agreement between Ardis and that client, including the scope, fees, and start date agreed for that engagement. A client accepts their Services Agreement by checking the agreement box at checkout, or by signing it. If these Terms and a client's Services Agreement conflict, the Services Agreement controls for that engagement. Nothing on this site is an offer of services or a promise of results without a Services Agreement in place.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. When a client saves a payment method at checkout, it is charged as described in their Services Agreement, including recurring monthly charges until the engagement ends with the notice their agreement requires. We never see or store full card numbers.

Client ownership

Our clients own their advertising accounts, websites, domains, lead data, and the creative produced for their business. Accounts are opened in the client's name from day one. Details are in each client's Services Agreement.

Our intellectual property

The Ardis name, logo, site design, written content, audits, frameworks, and internal tools belong to Ardis Agency LLC. You may link to and share public pages of ardis.agency. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content or branding without written permission.

Third-party platforms

Our work uses third-party platforms, including Meta, Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, and others. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Ardis isn't responsible for changes to their policies, fees, ad approvals, or availability.

No guarantee of results

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Marketing results depend on the market, the offer, the business, and many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, or revenue. Any specific commitment exists only in a client's Services Agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ardis Agency LLC and its owners, contractors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to use of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for client work is governed by the client's Services Agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Ardis Agency LLC and its owners, contractors, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arises from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Privacy

Your use of the site is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about client work follow the client's Services Agreement.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We'll tell active clients directly about any change that affects their engagement.
